Do you have parking? 

Yes, we do! When driving to our location, turn down cottage street and our parking lot is shared with the Santander Bank. If the lot is full, there is plenty of parking space along the street, but be sure to pay your meter.

What happens if I need to cancel my appointment? 

We understand that situations arise in which you must cancel your appointment. It is, therefore, requested that if you must cancel your appointment you provide at minimum 24 hours notice. This will enable for another person who is waiting for an appointment to be scheduled in that appointment slot. With cancellations made less than 24 hours notice, we are unable to offer that slot to other people which will result in a cancellation fee of up to 100% of the service rate.

What if I miss my appointment?

Clients who do not show up for their appointment without a call to cancel an office appointment or treatment appointment will be considered as NO SHOW. Patients who No-Show two (2) or more times in a 12 month period, may be dismissed from the practice thus they will be denied any future appointments. Patients may also be subject to 100% of the service fee. The Cancellation and No Show fees are the sole responsibility of the Client and must be paid in full before the patient’s next appointment. If you used a Groupon for your appointment, your Groupon will be redeemed and you will not be eligible to attend our clinic with another Groupon Voucher.
We understand that Special unavoidable circumstances may cause you to cancel within 24 hours. Fees in this instance may be waived but only with management approval.

 

I had a really amazing experience at E-motion with my Groupon, can I purchase another? 

Yes and no. We really prefer that you use your Groupon for your first time with us, however, if you have not seen us within the last 12 months you can technically purchase another. If you have visited us within the last 12 months, and bought a Groupon, please contact Groupon for a refund as we do not handle Groupon Refunds.

 Should I tip on my service? 

Since our services are very medical and rehabilitative in nature, some people are not sure whether or not to tip. Because therapists work on a commission basis tips are generally appreciated but not required or included in the payment. The following are just suggested amounts if you wish to tip your therapist:
60 minute Massage: $15- $20 
90 min Massage: $25-$30
