I feel like I hit the jackpot when I found E-motion Sports Massage with a Groupon, and I can’t believe I haven’t done a review before now. I came in with a bad knee that had me all out of whack, and was looking for a one-off massage to get some of the kinks out.
Hands down the BEST massage therapy I’ve ever been to (and I’ve been to a lot in the Boston area). E-motion has the ability to tune into your body and focuses on the areas that need healing most. They are the best, I will never go anywhere else again.
This was by far the best sports/deep tissue massage I've ever had. As an endurance runner, it's often difficult to keep my muscles loose and ready to race. Soreness and tightness in my legs has been increasingly problematic for me as my mileage increases. Relaxation massage is nice, but E-motion provides truly functional massage therapy, including stretching and recommendations for staying
