Sports Massage

Besides being our most popular service, sports massage will invigorate your muscles before or after a sporting event and provide your body with a much-needed circulatory boost. As with every session at E-motion, you’ll also receive a consultation to help personalize your massage and we will stretch all the major muscle groups. All of our therapists are trained to perform this massage treatment.
